OVERVIEW:

The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for directing the daily human resources activities and human resource needs of the supported business unit(s). This position will provide Human Resources services to employees and management to maintain and improve all aspects of the employee experience. 
The HR Manager will resolve employee relations issues and problems and coordinate the performance management process. This position must maintain the measurements to demonstrate continuous improvement in the value of the employees. The HR Manager performs HR-related duties on a professional level in collaboration with senior management to support designated business unit(s). 

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Qualification: Bachelor's / Masters degree in HR / Commerce domain 
  • Experience: 4+ Years

The responsibilities in this position are supporting the company’s sales goals through good customer service, maintaining quality relations with existing accounts, supporting our outside residential account executives and providing sales coverage both on the telephone or in location.

Job Description:

  •  Develop maximum sales potential out of assigned customer
  • Apply knowledge of company products/ services to efficiently provide service
  • Build and maintain quality relations with assigned customer
  • Increase volume of sales
  • Work with showroom visitors to determine their needs and then sell to their needs
  • Utilize company leads to expand currents customer base and follow up all leads promptly
  • Maintain update, organized files on all assigned customers through current software
  • Analyze customer accounts and promptly make corrections and/ or modifications to files
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
